We collect the following information when you use Bloomly:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you register
• Location: Your city for finding local nurseries and gardeners (optional)
• Garden photos: Photos you upload to generate AI garden designs
• Usage data: Projects you create, designs you generate, and app interactions
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Bloomly service
• To generate AI garden designs using your photos
• To find nearby nurseries and gardeners based on your location
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails such as subscription confirmations
• To provide customer support

3. AI Processing

Garden photos you upload are sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) and fal.ai for processing to generate design concepts and transformed images. These providers process your photos solely to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy policies.

4. Photo Storage

Your garden photos are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 object storage. Photos are associated with your account and are only accessible to you.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate Bloomly:

• Anthropic — AI garden analysis
• fal.ai — AI image generation
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Cloudflare — Photo storage
• Google — Nursery and gardener search
• SendGrid — Transactional emails

6. Data Retention

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at help@mybloomly.app with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure token authentication, and encrypted storage to protect your data.

Bloomly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
