1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Bloomly app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Bloomly provides AI-powered garden design tools, including photorealistic garden renders, plant lists, cost estimates, and local nursery/gardener discovery. The service is provided "as is" for informational and inspirational purposes.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Bloomly offers a free plan with limited features and a Premium plan with extended features. Premium plans are available on a monthly (€4.99/month) or yearly (€39.99/year) basis.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until that date.

7. AI-Generated Content

Garden designs, plant lists, and cost estimates are generated by AI and are for inspirational purposes only. Actual plant suitability, pricing, availability, and project outcomes may vary by location, season, soil conditions, and other factors. Always verify information before purchasing or building.

8. User Content

By uploading photos to Bloomly, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process those images for the purpose of generating garden designs. We do not share your photos with third parties except as required to provide the service (AI processing providers).

9. Privacy

We collect your name, email, location, and garden photos to provide the service. We do not sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
